Cover potatoes with water in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered 15 minutes or until potatoes are very tender, drain.

Return potatoes to saucepan, mash.

Stir in Country Crock and milk for a creamy, buttery taste.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese (optional).
