Red, White And Blue Crackle Cookies

  • Betty Crocker Super Moist White Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • Red and blue food coloring


  1. Mix eggs, oil and cake mix in a large bowl.
  2. Separate dough into three equal amounts. In a small bowl dye one part red and in another bowl dye another part blue.
  3. Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes. (Creates fluffier cookies.)
  4. Roll tablespoon size balls of dough in powdered sugar.
  5. Bake for 9-11 minutes at 375 degrees.
