Strawberry Lemonade Mimosa

  • 1 1/2 cups of fresh squeezed lemon juice 8-10 lemons
  • 1 pint of strawberries
  • 5 cups of water
  • 2 packets of Sweet 'N Low
  • 1 bottle of pink Moscato champagne


  1. Squeeze 8-10 lemons, strain for seeds and large pulp and set aside.
  2. Puree one pint of cleaned and hulled strawberries and strain for large chunks.
  3. Combine lemon juice, purred strawberries, 5 cups of water and 20 packets of Sweet 'N Low in a large pitcher. Stir until well mixed. Chill.
  4. When you are ready to serve, fill champagne flutes half way with champagne. Fill the rest of the glass with strawberry lemonade.
