Peeps Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Bisquick
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 a cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 12 Peeps
  • Easter sprinkles
  • Peeps for topping

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting your peeps up into small pieces and setting them aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add Bisquick, milk and eggs. Whisk until well combined. If batter is too thin, add more Bisquick.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and peeps.
  4. Place on to a hot, greased skillet.
  5. Cook until the pancake begins to bubble and then flip.
  6. Finish cooking.
  7. When staking pancakes, add chips and peeps between layers.
  8. Top with sprinkles and more Peeps.
