  • 8 oz. ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese about 8 oz.
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion*
  • 4 pieces bacon crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 1 round loaf of bread optional

  2. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in cheese, Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise and sour cream. Cook, stirring frequently, 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  3. Top with tomato, onion and bacon. Serve with bread from bread bowl, sesame bread sticks, crackers or your favorite dippers.

  4. Optional - Try topping with a ''Special Sauce'' by combining 1/4 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp. ketchup and 1 Tbsp. relish.

Recipe Notes

Instead of serving in a regular bow, try a bread bowl.
