Place ham slices in a food chopper and dice. Fill one portion of a bento box with the ham. Then repeat with the cheese slices. (I used 3 slices of ham and two slices of cheese for two tacos, but you can adjust based on how much your student typically eats.)
Fill two additional areas with diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Place rolled up tortillas in the remaining area of the bento box.
When it is time for your student to eat, they get to assemble their ham and cheese taco. Not only do my kids think it is fun to assemble their lunch, it also keeps the tortilla from getting soggy.
