Festive Mini Sugar Cookie Cups


  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
  • 1 stick of butter as called for on cookie pouch
  • 1 egg as called for on cookie pouch
  • 3/4 cup sprinkles
  • 36 Hershey's Kisses


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375. Place 36 mini paper baking cups in a mini muffin pan.
  2. Make cookie dough as direction on pouch.
  3. Place sprinkles in a small dish. Roll tablespoon-size balls of cookie dough in the sprinkles, and place each in a cup.
  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool 2 minutes. Gently place Hershey's Kiss on the center of each. Cool completely in pan, about 30 minutes. Carefully remove cups from pan.
