Fruity Pebbles Dip

Fruity Pebbles Cake Batter Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Fruity Pebbles
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • cups white cake mix dry
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cake mix, powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of Fruity Pebbles.
  4. Scoop mixture onto large piece of plastic wrap. Pull up corners of plastic wrap to help form a ball shape and wrap tightly.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour until cheese ball is mostly firm.
  6. Pour remaining Fruity Pebbles onto a large flat plate or low pan. Unwrap cheese ball and roll in Fruity Pebbles until covered completely.
  7. Place cheese ball on a serving plate and cover in plastic wrap. Freeze for 1-2 hours. If freezing overnight, remove 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with assorted cookies and graham crackers.
