Typically I’m not a fan of store credit cards, but the Target REDcard is certainly an exception, and I wonder why we never got one sooner. We shop a lot at Target and the savings have added up over the years. If you’re not familiar with the REDcard, here’s a quick run-down of the benefits.

- FREE shipping at Target.com
- Extended returns — 30 extra days (up to 120 days!)
- Up to 1% of purchases go to school you designate
There are two different versions of the REDcard – a debit and credit card. Both cards have no fees and you can even apply online and get immediate approval too.
