Pottery Barn Kids has introduced a Birthday Club. Kid members receive a (free) personalized birthday card in the mail and 10% off one item during their birthday month. The fine print:
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from the time we receive your registration for your child(ren) to be enrolled to receive a birthday greeting. A birthday card is mailed to your home during the month of your child’s birthday and the special offer may be redeemed by the end of the birthday month.
Certain restrictions apply to offer. The Pottery Barn Kids Birthday Club is open to children ages 10 and under who are residents of the United States. Residents of Canada may sign-up at a Canadian Pottery Barn Kids store only. Must be parent or legal guardian of child(ren) to sign up with the program. The information you provide to Williams-Sonoma, Inc. will be added to our customer files and may be used, among other things, to contact you with information on products, offers, special promotions and upcoming events that may interest you.
