College students can join the new Amazon Student program and get a free one year subscription to Amazon Prime. If you’re not familiar with Amazon Prime, its a $79/year service that gives you and your family free 2nd Day shipping on all products Amazon sells, or overnight shipping for $3.99 an item. We’ve had a Prime membership for several years now, and I cannot imagine going back to not always having free shipping at Amazon.
All college students need is a valid .edu email address and they can sign-up here.
Don’t worry, even if you’re not a college student, you should be eligible for a free Amazon Prime trial (3-months I believe) by visiting this page.
