Batteries – how many does your house go through? Between my husband’s toys and my toddlers toys, we go through a lot. We have a couple of rechargeable batteries, but we just haven’t really gotten with the rechargeable program (shame on us). In case you are in the same boat, here’s a cool contest for you.
Energizer has launched a video campaign asking families across the country to post a video of their child explaining the mischief they can get into when the toys that keep them occupied run out of battery power. The first 250 to enter will receive a brand NEW Energizer Smart Charger. Ten video finalists will be chosen, and then they will pick a charity of their choice to have a portion of $10,000 that Energizer will be donating to the charities. (The more views the finalist’s video gets, the bigger the percentage of the donation the finalist’s charity will receive.)
Check out this video (the kids are so cute!):
Is your child a master of persuasion? We want to see what happens when their favorite toy needs more power. So film them explaining the monkey business that can ensue……and why the Smart Charger is the smart solution. If it’s as funny or as cute as the clips you can view here, you could be one of 10 that will win a cash donation for your favorite charity. The first 250 to submit a video will also be sent the new Energizer® Recharge Smart™ Charger.
HOW TO ENTER
- Film a video – 60 seconds or less – of your child explaining what happens when their toy runs out of battery power (have fun with it!)

- Upload your video to www.youtube.com and include #recharge in the title
- Click on the ENTER HERE on www.energizer.com/reharge and enter the required information
