Since each batch makes about three dozen, you can easily whip up goodies for everyone on your bunny’s special list. That is if you can manage to refrain from eating too much of the peanut butter mixture before making the truffles. Yum!

Punch a whole in the top of the tag and use pretty baker’s twine to tie the tag to a plastic treat bag for gifting.

Easter Truffles 1

No-Bake Easter Peanut Butter M&M’s® Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s® Pastel Chocolate Candies
  • Candy melts in spring colors

Directions

Combine peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Fold in M&M’s® Pastel Chocolate Candies.

Form one-inch balls of the peanut butter mixture and place on silicone mat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Tip – if the peanut butter is too sticky to form nice balls, just make little sticky blobs. Put the cookie sheet in the freezer for about 10 minutes, and then you will be able to easily roll the blobs into nice balls.

Peanut Butter Balls With M&Ms
Place in freezer for 20 minutes or until firm.

Dip each peanut butter ball in to melted candy melts and return to silicone mat or lined cookie sheet. Place an M&M’s® in a coordinating color on top of the truffle.

Tip – if the peanut butter balls get too soft, return them to the freezer half in between dipping in candy melts.
