  1. Where can I buy the horse painting? Thanks

  2. stacy jones says:

What are the restaurants that apply to the 500 dollar gift card?

  3. elyssa kopf says:

the restaurant.com site is not accepting my transactions.

  4. Hi,

How does $500 gift card work differently than if I purchase directly from Restaurant.com? Thanks in advance…missed the show today.

    • Well, from what I can tell – it doesn’t. Seems like the same deal Restaurant.com runs on its site from time to time. Still a good deal, but you can get directly from the site.

  5. Jacquelyn L. Swinarski says:

How do I contact the person who cuts silouettes of dogs’ profiles? Thank you!

  6. stephania woznak says:

We booked the Carnival Cruise from last week and received and e-mail that they took the money from my credit card and they said that they were going mail us something in 2 days it is now 6 days and nothing, other family members are still waiting I did try to send a reply back from the first e-mail and it is a bogus e-mail

  7. I ordered 3 of the erica anenberg hand bags the first of November for Christmas. I still have not recieved them my credit card was charged. I have emailed the company several times the first reply was that they were to ship the first of last week when I didn’t get them I e-mailed again and she said my order was not in the system and she would send them fedex over night so I would have them for Christmas, then the next e-mail said they were out of stock and she would let me know when they would be back in stock but she did’nt know when that would be. What is going on with this company and if they are not going to be able to produce the items they put on steals and deals then you should not have their products on the show. I am two days before christmas now I have to look for something else! Please check on this for me. Thank You

  8. Mary Meyer says:

I ordered the Pure Fiber International reversible throws shown on your segment on Oct. 16. These items never arrived and I was never notified that they would not be sent. This is very distressing as it is 2 days before Christmas and I counted on them for presents. These companies should not promise something that they cannot deliver and they should not be featured if customers cannot get what they order.

  9. Mary Ellen D'Amico says:

I have the same problem with a Kenneth Cole purchase from 12/2/11. Charged my card and sent me a transaction number by e-mail but KC says that only the Today Show can help me and they don’t respond to my e-mails. So much for no-stress Christmas shopping!

  10. I received my Magaschoni love scarf from the 12/2 Steals & Deals. It’s beautiful but unfortunately the company switched the color I ordered. I ordered red #600 and they sent me #620 which is fuschia. This is very disappointing- I purposely didn’t order the pink. Companies that cannot adequately fulfill orders should not be featured! They should have contacted me.
I also purchased the iHome product that day and they were great. The website was crazy and I inadvertently ordered 2 radios. Since I only wanted one, I contacted them a day later. Both radios arrived a few days later, I refused one and they promptly credited me for the extra one. Incredible service- they were a worthy company to have been featured!

  11. Dawn White says:

I have the same problem…My credit card was charged on 12/6/11 as below:

    B & H INTERNATIONAL 12/06/2011 12/07/2011 Sale B & H INTERNATIONAL $87.96
    03235870800, CA 900580000 US
    Online, Mail, or Telephone transaction

for blankets. I have written the email address given, and my email was deleted 3 x by Rachel Pakula without responding to me. The website you gave us or Destiny Collection Blankets says: Website not found. And the phone number just rings, with no answer.

Can you please help me find someone who will respond to me? Have the blankets been ordered? Have they shipped? If not, when will they ship? Has this order been cancelled?

Please let me know how to contact this company to find out when/if they are shipping my blankets. they were meant to be Christmas presents.

    Thank you.

  12. Wow!!!!! I got the NuMe silouhette flat iron! It was delivered UPS before Xmas!!! It is all that and more! Watch out “CHI”! Great product!!!!!

  13. Hi Jill, I’m not sure if anyone else has had any issue with the restaurant.com deal. However, I’ve tried to use my dining certificates twice and both times the restaurant has said that they are no longer accepting them even though they are still on their website. I’ve reported the incident to restaurant.com and they have given me a new certificate, which I still haven’t been able to use. I was surprised to see something that was advertised on the Today Show be so poorly run. There is something to be said for the saying “if it sounds too good to be true.” I won’t be sucked in again!

I thought you might like to know. Thank you.

  14. Angie Sperandio-Hart says:

    Hi Jill,

I wanted to write to let you know about the experience that I had regarding the December 20th $500 Gift Certificate deal with Restaurant.com. I feel like it was a scam. For example, the restaurant closest to my house, Stardust Diner requires that I spend $20+ 18% gratuity at a pancake house before I receive a $10 discount. I was led to believe that I would be able to use the $500 for restaurants within the Restaurant.com network. That is true but in order to do so, you have to spend a minimum amount of money. In fact, it is a coupon and NOT a gift certificate.

Thank goodness, I did not gift this to my parents for Christmas who are retired and on a limited budge! I did try to call Restaurant.com but got the “go-around”. Even when I asked to talk with a manager, they said everyone was on the phone. When I said I was happy to wait, they finally got Jeff Russo on the line who is the Customer Support Supervisor. He said he could not help. I then asked for the company leader’s contact information to which he responded that “he did not have that number”. I insisted and he finally came back on the line with an email: [email protected] (his name is Scott) but did not have a phone # for him, even though they are located in the same building!

I’ve come to expect a lot more from “Jill’s Steals and Deals”, especially for an organization such as the Today Show! I am not sure if you can do anything to help but at the very least, please review future participating organizations more thoroughly so others are not left $60 in the hole with nothing really to show for it.

I appreciate you listening and apologize for the lengthy email.

    Best Regards,
    Angie Sperandio-Hart

  15. Charlene Rouillier says:

I ordered a NUME giraffe flat iron and paid $18.00 for express shipping. I DID receive it, but it was damaged, and they have not, will not, replace it or refund the total of $66.00

    Please Help!!!!
    Order No. 4061016441

  16. Charlene Rouillier says:

    What’s to Moderate!
I either need a replacement or a refund!

  17. I live on the west and Steals and Deals was on during the shows EDT so I never get through. How does The Today show handle that?

  18. Diane Stuart says:

first time I ordered anything from Today show SOOO disappointed ordered smart gloves my order was completely wrong called company they said would ship right gloves and would also give me return label to mail back wrong gloves that was Dec.18th this is Jan.9th and not a word very upset as these were Christmas gifts of course have been charged for 3 pairs what do I do now?
